At first i liked her but further in she struck me as a martyr. She wants you to really know Bruce was a real.man when she married him. Told us all.about Elvis' failings as well as Bruce and David Foster's. She fails to cop a clue she picked them. Which tells me she is half the problem..Or perhaps just needed to be in the Las Vegas/Hollywood/ Malibu lifestyle. Also lets you know she NEVER took alimony. What a phony, empty existence.

I was initially interested b/c i liked her first book. I was/am a fan of her tv show growing up. Many great life lessons for all ages. As well as i, too, had a drinking problem when younger as she did. For me, sober 37 years. However, i did not borrow this book from library to read her political views. Constantly slammed down the reader's throat. I am neiither democrat nor republican. I vote independent. As well as i do not expect a book on the years of covid and of remodeling a house and ANOTHER marriage to include insults towards one party, President or those who vote for them. I do not care for Trump or Biden. However, it's not her place to insult readers with her "woke anger". Both parties have a lot wrong with them but people like her are scary. Find another book.
