You know, I really didn't go into RATLD with the intentions of it going up against Selma or Winnie The Pooh (before you ask, yes, I need a life), but holy cow, this film is so dang amazing. I think this is my new favorite Disney movie that isn't Winnie The Pooh, (Leave me alone that film is a masterpiece!) Now don't get me wrong, I liked Zootopia, Moana, and Big Hero 6. But this film , in my opinion, is better than all of those films. The story has been used at least 4 times but for me, RATLD takes a overused story and bends it in a unique way. The characters are all really fun to watch, and I know that people found Sisu annoying, but I personally found her to be a light part of an overall dark premise, even the mutant baby whom I'm convinced is related to the wolverine and no man, or no fact can convince me otherwise, was not as bad or annoying as I thought she was going to be, (I mean it still doesn't make any dang sense but hey, she aint a minion!) I also really enjoyed the action scenes and even the slower character moments are done extremely well. I also loved the relationships built during the movie, and the ending is one of the best I've seen from Disney in a long time, and it got this 16 year old hardcore Doritos eating gamer to almost cry. Oh yeah, and to the people who say that the message of the movie is toxic, clearly you didn't watch the same movie as I did. So RATLD is amazing and is definitely worth your time, oh, and did I mention THIS FILM LOOKS DOWNRIGHT GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #Bring on the Multiverse
