This documentary was utterly based on over-exaggerated and over-generalised perspective of west. They showed us what ‘they’ wanted to show and sadly that contradicts with the actual ideology of Islam. The prime intent was to show the darkest side of a state only to spread the negative image of Saudis regime and to associate Islam with terrorism. First of all, Islam doesn’t teach us to hate non-muslims and other sectarians. If truth be told, Islam is all about peace. Second, the use of words such as flogging, execution, brutality only has negative connotation and these words have no place in Islam. Being a Muslim, we know better where to draw a line and what to call shria law and what to call brutality. #ifyoudontknowitthendontshowit. #spreadpeacenothatred
