travis ruest

I bought call of duty cold war for xbox one. Everything is installed an i have been havin issues with thr game. So far it wont load multiplayer for team death match. It will freeze when it gets close to gameplay. Then when i log out of the game. My xbox will restart by itself. I have never had an issue with a game until i bought cold war. Rest of my games work perfect. Any tips on wat could be wrong with my game?
