Masterpiece - written clearly and concisely describing in brief the contents of the manuscripts which are not found in Sri Lanka ( originally Ceylon). This work should be brought to the notice of Sri Lankans, majority of whom would never get the opportunity to visit the British library or, not knowing what these catalogues are about , would never access it on pdf, Would be a great help to Sri Lankans if the British library took time and effort to publicise this in the social media / u tube / newspapers etc. Recognition should be given to Mr K D Somadasa who spent over 25 years writing the details of every single of over 3000 items included in these catalogues.
