Why is it Chris bypassed Pelosi's hard, fast refusal to even discuss a deterrent ":wall" on the border -- and yet inferred Republicans really should open government and THEN negotiate. With Pelosi??? Why not some agreement to negotiate the entire package from her first?? Chris knows that isn't going to happen. Should have brought it up. Hard.
