1/17/2020 FD was on a MVC of a truck the elderly lady was unable to exit the vehicle with her cats, they used extraction equipment to make entry with no regard to the safety of the patient or him self and other responders. PPE is used to protect the user from breaking glass and debris, working and training should be done the same way. No coat, gloves glasses helmet and most of all no sheet to protect the patient from flying glass and debris.
