I loved the original movie growing up, but as I got older and started watching it with my daughter there were definitely some things I found annoying about it. The new movie fixed those issues. I loved that the best songs were kept and enjoyed the additional songs. The new movie gave more depth to Ariel, Eric, and their love story.
