I had to stop multiple times and take multiple breaks, sometimes a few days between stops. Crime documentaries are usually my favourite so I'm kind of used to gruesome and disturbing images and stories but this one is way beyond.
The fact that these people are the actual people who performed such acts, are still proud, and are still acting like "free man" (demanding money from Chinese as if they're owed the money)..
The most disturbing and weirdest way of re-enacting (idk.. some scenes, I feel like they're trying to make them a bit more "symbolic" in a way.. like females dancing, Herman dressed up in weird clothes.. I thought Herman is perhaps part of LGBTIQA+ but he has a wife and a daughter...)
Anyway the whole documentary made me feel uneasy the entire time, and sometimes even want to gag..
