I'm a Lead Engineer in Artificial Intelligence so I found this to be pretty funny.
It's the typical old Frankenstein Parodox type story which a term in psychology that refers to the late 19th century novel written by Mary Shelley.
In the story the doctor creates a creature which them destroys him due to his ignorance.
The theme has been constantly told over and over again in various mediums.
This has caused impressionable people who don't have much in the way of cognitive ability to become acolytes for flawed filmmakers and writers who have a self deprecating and usually drug and alcohol induced view of humanity and it's abilities and a lens of distrust and fallacy which they view the world through.
So with all of that said, this is just fear mongering and an idealistic rant about nonsensical things very far from reality.
If you want an accurate portrayal of Artificial Intelligence in film that was already done by Stanley Kubrick like 50 years or so ago. 2001 A Space Odyssey is the most accurate fictional representation of AI to date with the exception of the AI shortcircuiting due to conflicting orders and becoming homicidal. That would never happen but in terms of representation HAL 9000 would be the most accurate.
This film is nonsensical and foolish with horrible acting, pacing and plot.
