Spoilers!! Don’t read this. How does this movie get so many great reviews? The plot has more holes than a screen door. How many cards are in the deck? If people don’t play they get killed. Kid is in love and then puts new wife in high probability of mortal danger. Other married-in family members totally okay with killing new family members they just met. So does it rarely happen or often happen that you’re killing people; make up your mind! Family is new to archaic weapons, but probably the same ones from the last time they killed. The help is in on it, why? They’re not family. Doesn’t matter. Well not all the help, one is a stripper?? Goat barn full of dead bodies for 30 years no one notices or cares. No one bothers to fix the ladder in the goat barn. If you run into the woods, how can someone in a Lincoln find you? I’ll bend quite a bit with dumb horror but I expected more.

This was written by a 22 year veteran law enforcement and clearly explains why there’s so much crime on the street. Beyond lack of protocol, there’s no time continuity. Action scenes completely displace main characters, they just vanish for like ten minutes. Some people walk across town in just a couple minutes we the the main character takes so much longer to walk home during his crisis. For some reason only bad guys can use vehicles even though there’s a police car in the parking lot of the police station. Acting is pretty good but the writing leaves you with many questions well after the credits. If you make it that far. I only write reviews when I’m angry.
