Many are trashing this movie for various reasons. If anybody had a reason to hate this movie, it would be my family. My children and I loved it despite the movies parallels with our family. Sadly, I lost my wife to cancer in 2017, we have a dog, and I am an amateur race driver. And my wife did not want me to stop racing after she was diagnosed with cancer-just like the movie. She had given me the book to read when it was published and we both loved it, so I had to see it, and I do not regret it. I am going to see it again. Very well done. and an accurate portrayal of racing.
