Wow! Just wow! This movie is phenomenal! I knew it would be good but it exceeded my expectations! Taraji P. Henson embodied Shug Avery! The vocals were amazing ! Fantasia’s soulful voice made me shed tears! Oprah well done! Well done!!! For the new generation who never saw the original Color Purple, you are fortunate to have experienced this version! I have a new favorite movie!
