Read this book many years ago and remembered how much I had enjoyed it first time round decided to read again as I had forgotten a lot of the plot. Second time read did not disappoint. The author skilfully takes you on a life story of espionage of our hero. Several stories being told here all put together so well
Really enjoyed the book once again. Such a pity that the sequel never came to fruition. Read a bit about Terry Hayes, seems like he's kept busy with screenplays, pity no more books as this one is top class.

This is one to stay with as the characters develop. Initially thought this was following the same repeated format of The Bridge, The Tunnel etc but this is so much more. This just gets better by the episode. Would definitely recommend.
