Mary Broome

Having read a bit about this monster I think this documentary is unfinished. They barely touched upon how very vile he was and what he had done. I read he visited the morgue a lot too. Was it just because of lack of witnesses or evidence. This felt unfinished. The first episode while trying to explain how he came to power, it felt like a celebration. Can someone help me out here
