I've loved this movie from the first viewing. I've been a fan of Gen. Patton since reading my first biography of him. George C. Scott's performance is spot-on. I was raised in a military family and we set the bar on WWII films very high. This movie tops the list. So many outstanding scenes. I want my kids to have a copy around even after I'm not.
