The worst airline I have ever seen. I’m traveling from Minneapolis to Dallas. supervisor name KOLIN, at Minneapolis airport. I missed my flight because of incorrect information that airline they send to me. I asked her to book another flight for me she said that next flight is overbooked then I asked her to refund my money she said I’m not going to refund your money. Im waited for her more then one and half hours then she came from her cabin and she went without giving any attention. I asked her what your name she didn’t answer for that also. This is how they treat there customers.
