10/10 This film was amazing! I don't understand the bad reviews at all. Sophie Turner did an awesome job of portraying the emotions conflicting within, the supporting cast were fantastic and I got more of a connection to the xmen as a team. The film was simplistic and coherant, and very good story telling. It was dark, intense and the music score was amazing and added so much drama to it. This was by far one of my favourite super hero films. It flowed faultlessly and didn't dettract from the main themes. No cameos, no cheesy jokes which is what I personally prefer and just followed jeans journey. The visual effects were incredible, this was totally worth the wait. This may not be liked now but I feel this will be a cult classic. This film has depth to it and is being compared to the other cliche marvel films out there catered more for a younger audience. Xmen has always had a bit of grit and represents a minority group always struggling to be liked by the majority much like the critics of this film.
