Starting watching this series as I miss the classic soaps that used to be on T.V back in the day :) I think that this series is entertaining and a guilty pleasure one of my only complaints is there a lot of repetitive lines between the characters. They say things over and over again, not sure if this a tactic to waste time through the scenes or the writing is just bad but overall, I like the diverse characters and the story lines that bring awareness to everyday life situations.

I know nothing about the game of Chess and was mesmerized by this series! Loved the Era of the 50's and 60's! One of the best well written, directed stories I've watched in a long time. Thank you Netflix for this outstanding series!
