It’s the craziest film I’ve seen in a long time but frankly I was mesmerized. It is Preposterous but delightful. I thought of giving it four stars. It made me laugh Because the Characters Are so unusual. I have no clue - I just like it! Great acting and music that makes the film just flow. I think you have to be an offbeat person to Simply love the twists and turns. It is certainly an original!

Like the life of Judy Garland a very sad movie. I am a big fan of the real Judy. I have been for years. I did cry a lot. I wish It was Judy Garland’s voice in the movie. Renee carried her energy And created a well done physical caricature of Judy but I Know I would have enjoy everything more if it was Judy Garland’s voice. I found it difficult to listen to and watch. I also could not reconcile the young judy with Judy played by Renee at about age 45 - the year before she died. Renee definitely looked like Judy and reflected so much of her physical and emotional characteristics . Most of the time it was excellent but some of the time it just felt a little over the top. I am not sure what I expected but I know I was disappointed for the most part. On the other hand most of the audience applauded At the end of the film. Renee did capture the essence of Judy most of the time. I am a firm believer in timing and maybe if I see it again I will appreciate it in a different way.
