"My Liberation Notes" is a very well-directed and well-written drama. I'd would recommend it to anyone who are introspective and reflective to watch it.
It's not a typical Korean drama with its funny, laugh-out-loud moments but it does contain subtle humor that delights.
This drama is more like a melancholy song sang by the characters in the story as they journey through the malaise of life, who eventually mature in their thinking, finding happiness along the way.
Kudos to writer Park Hae-Young, who also wrote "My Mister", which I enjoyed watching as well.
Thank you very much for such a great production!
