As a parent i appreciated the book's detailed descriptions of various
behaviors that may help indicate emerging health and safety issues
concerning my own teenager's struggles with the stress of growing up. I liked that the book wasn't too technical, but explained different
categories of craziness in various ways, and was valuable helping
me as a parent better understand inner struggles, and solutions.
From my teenager's point of view the book helped explain how they
and others may feel, cope, and express craziness through original
artwork, poetry, and other constructive and destructive ways.
In a nutshell i thought the book helped us focus on positive change
where passion and action can be constructive ; hopelessness and
worry/anxiety easily becomes destructive.
