This was a thoughtful, beautifully directed and acted movie. Robin Wright doesn't need much dialogue to express her utter pain and isolation, desperation in the first 45 minutes of the movie. Anyone who has lost loved ones in a tragedy or even anyone who has loved ones, especially a child, can understand her questioning whether she wants to live or die.
An amazing man comes into her isolation(and a hell of an actor) and the film brightens up.
The scenery of the Wyoming mountains is awesome and so is Robin Wright's acting and directing.
This was not a depressing movie to me, but rather a movie of endless and undying hope that lives in each and every one of us. I will watch Land again and again... Bravo!!
