Great acting, superb cinematography, especially for a series. One of the best representations of depression era America. Excellent!

The acting is at times weak, and the moment to moment dialogue between characters is often cliche and unbelievable. The plot is somewhat engaging. After just watching Mare of Eastown, it’s hard to accept that the same network produced the two.
