As an avid movie watcher, I was expecting so much more from this movie that had such a stellar cast. Apart from the plot or rather plots, that seemed to go nowhere none of the characters seemed to have proper backstories unless you could the whole ‘taco scene’. Throughout the whole movie I was wondering why the mom was present to witness all of this or why the chef turned out to be this way. Perhaps some background information would’ve been better. It did however, keep me hooked throughout because I didn’t know what was about to happen next. I mean, it’s a good movie to watch to pass the time! I’d watch anything with Anna Taylor- Joy in it but it could’ve been better. <3
