Really bad acting, could tell right off the two bad guys were cops. I'm a little perplexed (and amused) at the fact that the dirty cop must've been using his service weapon. I mean, if he already knows about ballistics, why wouldn't he be using a different gun?! Had a feeling it was going to be bad when I saw that Tito Ortiz was in the cast. Plus, I had to Google Nicky Whelan, a lot of LMN movies, a "B" version of Malin Ackerman?
