I was in the industry for 30+ years. I've done everything from bars and grills to 5 star fine dining, from a dishwasher to a chef. This show was completely spot on. The stress, pain, addiction, love, commitment, dedication and insanity of the industry was showcased as finely as the most perfect meal I have ever tasted! Well done Chef!!❤
