The good- An excellent new chapter in the Fallout story. Impressive amount of effort on scenery and costumes across multiple time lines. Lucy is great as a naive vault dweller. The Ghoul is a hardened, bitter survivor and excellent. Good for video game fans and people new to the franchise.
The bad- Maximus sucks. The amount of screen time he gets just staring into space like a stunned dope gets aggravating.
