This programme seems to take advantage of people not knowing the full extent of the costs and therefore they make no to little profit after working so hard on renovating a property. Given very little budgets to turn some horrendous houses into something sellable all while working full time so doing as much graft in personal time on evenings and weekends. Very disappointed after seeing a few episodes.
