Why anyone would enjoy this movie or any of these characters I have no idea. Jim Carrey is obnoxious as some sort of psychotic cable installer stalking a straight-shooting architect played poorly by Matthew Broderick. Broderick and Carrey are oil and water. Ben Stiller has no idea what he's doing as a director. There was no reason to want Broderick playing such a predictable, boring character in the first place. And then Carrey just does his Ace Ventura schtick the whole movie but while playing a psychotic, unlikable, unfunny cable installer. The result is a disaster, the worst movie these three actors have ever been involved with.
