This was a good movie. Why is April black now? Oh, I get it, they made her look like the voice actor and it makes more sense they are attracted to her because she looks more like a turtle. Splinter's origin story is different, probably to make it more modern. The movie has aspects of Squid Games, Suicide Squad, and Stranger Things.
