I stopped watching DURING Episode 3. It was too jarring... You fall for Livia Drusilla (played by Nadia Parkes) and Antigone (played by Melodie Wakivuamina) in Ep. 1 & 2. They really set the stage. So of course the Network dumps them in Episode 3, and jumps 12 years later, completely new cast, bad accents, and working on assumptions that we know some roman history, and changed our Girlboss-Livia willing to leave her children without shedding tear for power and sexual tension.... to caring mother, loving wife, and party host filled with humility?? The drama of her rise halted completely with no explanation is a misstep.
