This is a superb book. Taplin offers high-level strategic commentary, but then has both the grit and curiosity to explore what this actually means on a national and sectoral basis. I think Cyber Risk demands many constituents, those interested in defense and security, those studying economics and international affairs and those navigating both. Solid five stars. The sections on Japan are of particular value and the overall geopolitical understanding and insights is superb.
