Some episodes are so good, with hooking plots and well written characters. Then you have the rest where the cops or crooks only win because the other side is completely incompetent. Like 'not able to hit a slowly staggering man in an open hallway 10m away' or 'let a single officer kneel at the feet of a serial killer in a unobserved room with the only other occupent being an unsearched lawyer due to some ridiculously poor planning while everyone else stays outside' incompetent. It has the potential to be so good, but its hard to root for people who are so bad at their jobs they have to rely on plot armour and their opponent being more brain damaged than a toddler used as a squash ball.

Good film, discussed the subject matter well with excellent cinematography. Only issue is Nolan has included two sex scenes and other cases of nudity for seemingly no reason in a way that only pulls you out of the film and makes you question why. Disapointing that the first thing I think of now when Oppenheimer comes up is irrelevant breasts
