***WARNING: SPOILERS***
As far as a thriller movie is concerned, "Atomic Blonde" fits the bill nicely. Lots of interesting twists that keep one guessing until the end. And James McAvoy played a villain quite easy to loathe, and you might find yourself wanting to cheer when he finally meets his well-deserved end.
The main reason I am giving this movie just an average review is Charlize Theron. I found her acting to be extremely wooden, and at no time did I feel that she was a strong presence worthy of being the lead in this movie. Even when the character of Delphine is murdered, Ms. Theron as Lorraine showed no truly believable emotion. I thought her expression then would match what she would have shown on her face if she had merely stubbed her toe. Normally, she is a very fine actress, but in this movie her talents came across to me as being sub-par.
