I love people’s court. I just watched an episode regarding a home that was a Habitat for Humanity home. They were renting out the rooms while paying on the mortgage. Unfortunately the family who the home was built for is illegally renting rooms. Rooms can not be rented as long as mortgage is being paid to Habitat for Humanity. I work for the non profit organization. Since they were now put in public about renting rooms, there may be an issue.
