I personally didn’t enjoy it. It had real potential in the beginning but just gradually got worse. The idea was great but they barely show how the underwater creatures live and their life. Then something happens with some bike race and an obsession with a scooter. All of my siblings and cousins didn’t like the animation. They are all younger than 10 and not one of them really enjoyed it. There is a reason you don’t have to pay $29.99 on Disney plus to watch it like the other new Disney releases. The animation looks like something dream works or illuminations would make. Definitely not one of Disney Pixar’s best work but not the worst
