This book is fantastic and a very good read. The content greatly helps me serve our community and improve my understanding of the actions of others. 5-Star for content where it matters. One star was deducted for the author's inability to maintain professionalism by injecting personal political opinion into the epilogue. Unfortunately, couth and integrity fall by the wayside for even the most achieved individuals when their emotions override their common sense. What a shame to lose a start for such a foolish few sentences. Regardless if I agree or not with an author, political opinion always ruins educational material.
