Wow!
Another perfectly amazing book series' novelization down the gutter. i had anticipated the movie, wanting to see Disney's portrayal of the criminal mastermind, and the characters I love, only to find their character being obliterated like Thanos had snapped and proclaimed: I DIED! YOU SHALL HAVE A MOVIE THAT IS WORSE THAN ANTMAN EXPLODING BY GOING UP MY BUTT!
i had just completed the series before the quarantine, so I had high hopes. *Sigh* This is like Dolittle's fail ALL over again: Disney can't just handle making a good novelization. They HAVE to spoil it.
Artemis Fowl is portrayed as a literal eleven-year-old kid in the movie: believe me you, crying like a baby over his father's disappearance is not in his character; in the book, when his father disappeared, he calmly faced it.
if you wish to bore yourself to death, watch it; if you don't want to do that. read the books and try to forget the rubbish movie
So Disney, in the future, please stick your hungry hippo game; i love you, but just don't do this to good things
