love this show! so pumped with excitement and every episode has a favorite hero and villian on both sides from the competitors to the taggers...i wonder if they will let the winning players come back as taggers in future episodes. this is a super motivator to get in super great shape and get healthy too!

First off, love the 3 leading ladies, awesome and engaging; supporting cast really great as well. However, while this is a great show for light entertainment, it is just that; entertainment. I warn anyone in their right minds watching this program, like many others, it is packed chuck full of HORRIBLE life advice and gives TERRIBLE direction to young people and older alike. Please take this show with a grain of salt and for the most part, do the opposite of most of what they put out there, because, at the end of the day, the destructive cliche's, messages, propaganda and misleading directives, will make you miss some of the really good points and "make you think" moments they should be going for. Each episode does have a nugget of truth and good intention in it, but beware the drenched dissolution the nuggets are surrounded in.
