The accents were totally off Laurie Metcalf sounded VERY midwestern. Surprised she was chosen of all the other obvious NY actresses. Same with the girlfriend. Storyline was good but didn’t need as much fowl language and predictable “funny” lines. I thought the Son “sticks” performance was best
