amazing homage to timeless film making, a nice mix of biting satire about the film industry and those who occupy its halls of power, terrific cameos and a nicely vingetted pacing the chaplain esque performance is impressive and poignant, set and costume design are equally timeless and amazing supporting characters seem to be stealing each scene while complimenting the unique narrative it's is built on familiarity while exploring a novel story telling style, generous use of comedy and affectionate dramatic elements without falling into the "dramedy" trope that has become tired and worn in this era extremely happy with this outing and looking ever forward what Charlie has next directorially, he thrives in this scenario and really shines in his own lane
