I mostly liked this movie, the absurdity was great, the poking fun of America and Americans was really funny. It kinda falls apart when they push the left wing agenda (because they just can't help themselves, it is 2021 after all). The main reason is because those parts are just in no way funny. I just don't think they are very good at making fun of themselves, they are much better at poking fun of right wing views than left. To me that's why South Park pretty much stands alone, they can and will make fun of literally anything and everything successfully. If you can get past things like pushing the notion that an AR-15 is a machine gun (because this false narrative is imperative), we should have "free" healthcare (really, can we stop and just be honest and say tax payer funded please?), there's a LOT of funny about this film if this type of humor is your thing. Really anything that is CURRENTLY highly topical they miss on, but the entire history of the country being picked upon, that stuff is great. Maybe the worst part is that the ending is where it falls down the hardest. Just my opinion, have fun hating it internet.
