growing up i loved this movie, but this felt like a mockery of the iconic movie. i understand it’s supposed to be a musical but it just all felt so rushed in every scene and the song were a Eh. i don’t understand why they would make it, between the side story with the librarian they never had in the movie to just key details from the movie that had us on our feet terrified but also so interested is just a shame to see. i know i’m making this based off the original but that was the point of a remake like it just adding music…disappointed
