It was shot really well.... But the script, acting, and editing was atrocious.

It's perfectly mediocre, it's pretty and a handful of the songs are cool but, that doesn't save the film. The film is riddled with plot holes and underbred ideas. If your kid wants to see it chances are they'll like it but otherwise it's an unnecessary sequel unfortunately.
