I didn't like reading when I was younger because I had only been exposed to non fantasy books I didn't find interesting. My older sister gave me this book to try and I was emediatly captivated. I quickly finished the series and not so patiently waited for the last book to come out. The series as a whole is everything you need and want it to be. The chemistry and character development is crazy good too. This series will always have a special place on my shelf that you for the gift.
