Don't usually write reviews, but this was an incredible show until the last episode, but regardless I still recommend watching it!
The acting & set designs are incredible alongside the dark humour, mystery elements, slight horror scenes, and storylines. Thanks to this it always left me wanting to watch the next episode, until I ended up binging the whole show! For these reasons I think it is a 5 star show until the end
That in itself indicates how amazing I found it, but unfortunately I did feel like the last episode missed the mark for a few reasons and I personally give it a 2/5 because it didn't feel spectacular compared to the previous episodes
MINOR SPOILERS BELOW
These reasons include;
The main "evil" villain comes across as a joke instead of dark fantasy/scary vibes which they were hinted to be which ruined the spectacular ending for me personally
Logic got thrown out the window in this episode. For example there were multiple opportunities for the villains to kill Wednesday/finish her off after the reason she was being kept alive had passed. However for some reason they decided not to take them which felt anticlimactic & pure plot armour (e.g. shooting at bees instead after vowing to kill Wednesday no matter the cost)
Some prior characters from past episodes had no relevance in the final few episodes, and just felt unnecessary to the story because of this e.g. The Mayor's Son
While it had some good moments, just felt rushed and left the viewer with too many questions that were left unresolved throughout the show. The show even acknowledges this at the end, but that just felt like a slap in the face, since too many questions were left unanswered.
Looking back there were some side characters I feel needed more depth to them in order for viewers to better connect to them. However I understand being a mystery show they don't want to give too much information away about potential suspects
