Do not take your dog to this hell hole. There have been 3 dog deaths that there are court cases on. One in Sudbury, one in Tyngsboro and then in Wakefield. We know our dog Gunny, who is a bulldog died on their watch. We dropped Gunny off at 8:45am and got a call about 12noon from Best Friends that he was brought to the veterinary office next door for heatstroke. The daycare never once told us our dog had actually been in Cardiac arrest or died. We were on our way to the VCA Lynnfield office when the veterinarian called us to tell us that Gunny had died and wanted us to know what we were walking into. Not once did anyone from the daycare come next door and speak to us. We had to go there and any questions they were asked they just shrugged their shoulders. As of today no one has ever reached out from Best Friends! They had my precious boy out in 90 degree weather and high humidity. Bulldogs should not be out in that kind of heat / humidity for long periods of time. Please, if you love your fur babies, do NOT take them to any Best Friends Pet Hotel location. I held off on posting my review due to the MSPCA police asking me to while the investigation was going on.
