if i could give this 0 stars i would. The book is categorised as a thriller, however, it is far from that and rather a romance book with a hint of “mystery”. There is a consistence pattern of domestic violence within all her books which are portrayed as “love”. The controlling behaviour of Jeremy throughout confirms this. There are also very graphic scenes of child abuse which are very hard to read and a trigger warning i feel is needed, however, she hasn’t added that anywhere. If you are into romance with abuse then her books are for you.
