No only is this movie VERY sexist, but the person behind the movie is handling the criticism VERY poorly. We’re talking about a grown woman pretending to be empowering bullying girls online just because they didn’t like her movie. She kept saying it was ‘satire’ but satire films typically are like SNL skits, you know that it’s supposed to be funny. However, the whole film is pretty serious about its storyline and message. This movie approaches women as merely sex objects to satisfy men’s needs. The problem is that everyone is the movie is making it out to be a positive movement type thing. The acting is bland and boring, the characters are cringy and painfully stereotypical, and the storyline is all over the place. This is proof that criticism is there to help you most of the time. Opinions matter when making quality films, books, and plays.
